Genesis 1 : 8 Track

David 8 Track, Alchemy Project, Experiment, Genesis Leave a Comment

At the beginning of February I sent out a challenge to some friends of mine to take a bible story/book and create a playlist for it using between 4 and 8 tracks.  The idea came from one of the Alchemy Project’s experiment and I have found it a great way of looking familiar stories in different ways.

I decided on creating two playlists and the first one is here for your enjoyment.

I decided to take the first chapter and a bit of the bible and create a playlist for the creation poem.  The tracks roughly relate to the seven days of creation and there was quiet a lot of time spent trying to decide which tracks should go in.

The final list ended up looking like this and you can listen to it below and see what you think of the choices. Once you have done that you can either let me know what you think, give me your alternatives or go away and have a go yourself.
